Mission
Mundo Lab manages five coworking centres in Belgium that welcome socially and environmentally engaged organisations.
In 2025, Mundo Lab tasked us with several missions. First, we audited their communication strategy and formulated a series of concrete recommendations to increase their impact. Then, we ran two social media trainings to help them define their content pillars and establish the fundamentals of paid promotion on social platforms. Finally, we developed various asset types from their existing graphic charter, including templates for social media assets, promotional flyers and brochures.
Challenges
As always, immersing ourselves in an organisation’s reality is a significant challenge. We all have biases, and while we can offer a fresh perspective on a client’s reality, we must acknowledge that we have a poorer understanding of their field of action and reality than they do.
The only good solutions are those co-created with our clients.
To ensure we deliver solutions and recommendations that are adapted to each client, we set up collaborative methodologies that help us understand the reality in all its detail.
Solution
We split the audit work into three different workshops with the communication team, venue managers and top management. These workshops helped us identify the key elements on which we needed to focus.
Then, we enlisted the help of experts in each field, including Diego Cortez Salas, the best social media marketing specialist in town, and Aurélien Lespagnard, the most adaptable graphic designer we know. We needed Diego to deliver a concrete, precise and complete workshop that presented only tried-and-tested methods. We needed Aurélien’s versatility to propose an art direction that would refresh Mundo Visual’s identity and his ability to apply design codes to both print and digital visuals. Bertrand ensured consistency at every step to help Mundo make the most of every recommendation.
